CETA: “Of course, implementation!”
July (updated October) 2016. Philippe Couillard, Québec’s Premier and Pierre-Marc-Johnson chief negotiator of the province for the EU-Canada free trade agreement offer for the readers of B2Bioworld an outlook on the ratification of CETA. That has been in July with nothing to add End of October.
Pros and cons of free trade between the EU and Canada have been on the table for long, whereas the open-ended nature of ratification has received much less attention.
